Upload PowerPoint files from your Instructor Dashboard and attach them to courses for students to view.
Go to the Presentations tab
Open your Instructor Dashboard and click the 'Presentations' tab. This is your library of all uploaded presentations.
Click 'New Presentation' or 'Import'
Click the 'New Presentation' button at the top, or the 'Import' button. An upload modal will open to guide you through the process.
Enter a title and attach to a course
Give your presentation a clear title. Optionally, choose a course from the dropdown to attach it — this makes it accessible to all students enrolled in that course. You can also attach it to a specific content item within the course.
Upload your PowerPoint file
On the next step, click the upload area or drag and drop your .pptx file. The file uploads directly and securely to cloud storage — you can track the progress in real time.
Confirm upload
Once the upload completes, the presentation appears in your library immediately. You can upload multiple presentations and attach them to different courses.
Students view it in their course card
Enrolled students can see and open the presentation from their My Courses tab in My Learning. They'll find it in the Presentations section at the bottom of the course card, viewable in a full-screen Office Online viewer.
