View PowerPoint presentations your instructor has uploaded and attached to a course you're enrolled in.
Make sure you're enrolled
Presentations are only available to students with a confirmed booking. If your booking is still pending or was cancelled, you won't see the presentations section.
Open My Learning → My Courses
Navigate to My Learning from the top navigation, then click the 'My Courses' tab. Here you'll see all courses you're enrolled in, displayed as cards.
Find your course card
Scroll through your course cards to find the one with the presentations you want to view. Each course card shows key details like the instructor's name, dates, and session type.
Scroll to the Presentations section
At the bottom of each classroom course card, there is a Presentations section. If the instructor has uploaded any presentations for that course, they'll appear here as a list with the file name and size.
Click 'View' to open a presentation
Click the 'View' button next to any presentation. It opens in a full-screen viewer powered by Microsoft Office Online, so you can browse all slides without needing PowerPoint installed.
Close the viewer when done
Click the 'Close' button in the top right corner of the viewer to return to your course dashboard. You can open any presentation again at any time as long as your enrollment is active.
