Find the right specialist and reserve your spot in a 1-on-1 or classroom session in just a few steps.
Find a specialist or course
Go to Explore from the navigation bar. Use the search bar or browse by category to find a subject or specialist you're interested in. You can filter by format (1-on-1 or classroom), price, and rating.
Open the course or specialist page
Click on a course card or a specialist's name to view their full profile. Here you'll see their bio, credentials, reviews from other students, and a list of available sessions.
Select a session and date
Click 'Book Session' or 'Enroll'. For classroom sessions, choose the course run that fits your schedule. For 1-on-1 sessions, pick an available time slot from the specialist's calendar.
Review your booking details
Confirm the session type, date, time, duration, and total price before proceeding. Make sure everything looks correct before continuing to payment.
Complete payment via Stripe
You'll see a secure Stripe card form. Enter your debit or credit card details — your card is saved automatically for faster checkout next time. Once payment succeeds, your booking is confirmed immediately.
Find your session in My Learning
After booking, go to My Learning → Sessions. Your session will appear with the status 'Upcoming'. When it's time, click 'Join' to enter the live video room.
