    How to Cancel a Booking

    Cancel an upcoming session directly from your learning dashboard and receive a refund.

    Step-by-step guide

      Go to My Learning → Sessions

      Open My Learning from the navigation bar and find your session in the Sessions tab. Only sessions with 'Upcoming' status can be cancelled — sessions that are In Progress or already Completed cannot be reversed.

      Click 'Cancel' on the session card

      Each upcoming session card has a red 'Cancel' button. Click it to begin the cancellation process.

      Confirm the cancellation

      A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm. This is your last chance to change your mind — once confirmed, the cancellation is processed immediately.

      Receive confirmation

      After confirming, you'll get an email confirming the cancellation. The session status will change to 'Cancelled' in your dashboard. The instructor is also notified automatically.

      Refund processing

      Your refund is initiated immediately. Depending on your payment method and bank, it typically takes 5–7 business days to appear in your account. PayPal refunds may arrive faster.
